This course is designed specifically for staff with a designated responsibility as a Fire Marshal and provides the skills and confidence that will allow them to carry out their duties relating to ensuring the safe evacuation of the building.

At the end of the course the delegate will be able to conduct a simple dynamic risk assessment to identify the correct type of extinguisher to deal with a small fire, how to use it and its limitations whilst ensuring their own personal safety

This session provides each delegate with the opportunity to handle various types of extinguishers on live controlled fires.
